Fall is HERE and soon enough the holidays will be upon us, which means parties and indulging in our favorite seasonal treats. Since we’re done with rosé all day and summer travels, October is the best time to focus on your health and wellness, so you can go into the holiday season feeling prepared to balance the treats and feel your very best. After over a decade in the health and wellness space, I have helped countless clients learn longterm tools for a LIFETIME of optimum health.

With my daily guidance, I will guide you how to balance your meals to achieve weight loss and/or maintenance, while optimizing your health, mind, body and spirit. We are not cutting anything out! This isn’t a sugar or alcohol detox, because that’s not real life. I’m going to show you how to eat more to lose weight, and make space for the things you love. My program will change your mindset from “diet” to “lifestyle.” You will feel better, more energized, empowered, clear minded and overall, the very best version of you.

I will be your cheerleader, checking in Monday through Friday, all day long. We’ll communicate through a private Facebook group and text chain. There is strength in community support, and the more you get involved, the more you will gain. These group challenges become really special, because we are in this together. We connect and cheer each other on. We learn from each other. There is a special energy transfer that you get from these groups that you simply cannot get when you try this alone.
