Viral Spicey Honey beef bowl
I had to give this one a try the minute I saw it, because I’ve been on a big beef bowl kick lately for my lunches. This comes together quickly. It packs a whopping 40 grams of protein, plus full of fiber and antioxidants, so it’s extremely nutrient dense (aka health coach-approved!). It’s a beautiful blend of creamy and spicy with the heartiness of the beef. Enjoy!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Organic Grass-Fed Beef
Taco Seasoning
Cottage Cheese
Organic Avocado
Organic Sweet Potato
Honey
Chili Pepper Flakes
MAKE IT:
Clean your sweet potato, peel it, and dice it into cubes. Spray with avocado oil and roast at 400 or put in your air fryer. It took mine about 10 minuets to roast.
Brown your beef in a pan on the stove and when it’s mostly cooked through, add the taco seasoning.
Assemble:
1/2 cup cooked beef
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sweet potato roasted
1/2 medium avocado
1 tsp honey
chilli pepper flakes
salt to taste
